Do you love amusement parks? When you’re in Riverside, regardless if you’re just visiting or are a full-time resident, this is one attraction you don’t want to miss. The best part? It’s really affordable! You can have fun while staying within your budget and make some memories to last a lifetime.
They offer general admission and annual passes, so there’s something for everyone. They have games, rides, mini-golf and more. Single day admission to the park includes unlimited rides so the kids can expect to have hours of fun while you’re there.
General admission ticket prices are just $35 and they also offer pricing for birthday parties, groups, and other add-ons of your choosing.
For the younger kids, the Merlin’s Revenge kid-friendly roller coaster is a must-ride. The Screamin’ Demon coaster is great for kids and older guests and is a pretty wild ride you won’t want to miss. The Dragon Flyer lets you feel like you’re flying through the sky, all while viewing the Castle kingdom below you.
Do you prefer more ‘intense’ rides? You’ll want to check out the Fire Ball; an inverted looping coaster. The Flying Saucer ride defies gravity and spins at 65 mph for a super fun, thrilling sensation! The floor drops as you spin around inside the UFO shaped ride.
Some of the rides are similar to those found in other Amusement Parks; Sky Rider, Scrambler, Tilt-A-Whirl and others. From mild to intense, there are plenty of options for riders of all skill and/or excitement levels.
Castle Park also features food of a wide variety. Whether you have a hankering for fried foods, a slice of pizza or some delicious bbq, you won’t be disappointed with your options.
You will also find an Arcade and Mini-Golf in the park, open almost all year-round. Both kids and adults love both of these attractions. You can visit their website to see if there are currently any events happening, and parking is $10 a vehicle but both credit cards and cash are accepted.
The Golf course and Arcade seem to be open daily during the week, with the Ride park open Friday afternoon to Sunday only. But again, check their website for complete hours before you plan your visit for a very fun, enjoyable and memorable day out.
